Yoga - Body Matrix Flow™ Therapeutic Yoga

BMTF Yoga is a unique and innovative Vinyasa flow based Yoga class. This class incorporates mindful intention while linking movement to breath. It includes a fusion of fitness principles creating a sequence that activates the core from the inside out. Michelle is passionate about teaching her students proper techniques and alignment while building their core.

Many, in their everyday lives, struggle with tight hips, backs and bothersome necks and shoulders. This was the inspiration behind creation of a theraputic class to support people with such issues. Whether you have a structural issue, always wanted to try Yoga or want to bring your beginning Yoga to the next level this class is for you. Come learn to stretch, connect with your breath properly, Learn how all this will help you de-stress in this high pace world we all exist in.

BollyX Fitness

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines exhilarating choreography and intensive workouts with upbeat music from around the world. The 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher- and lower-intensity dance sequences to deliver a total body workout. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the central film industry of India. The BollyX fitness curriculum has been created by AFAA-certified instructors and world-class choreographers to ensure a safe, approachable, engaging and highly effective dance workout for all.
