BollyX Fitness

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines exhilarating choreography and intensive workouts with upbeat music from around the world. The 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher- and lower-intensity dance sequences to deliver a total body workout. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the central film industry of India. The BollyX fitness curriculum has been created by AFAA-certified instructors and world-class choreographers to ensure a safe, approachable, engaging and highly effective dance workout for all.

Yoga - Adults

Teacher: Monisha Shekhar

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a practice in mindfulness as you transition from one pose to another while regulating your breathing. It links breath with movement incorporating asanas (poses) that will de-stress and rejuvenate you. Regular practice will strengthen your core, and tone your body. Over time you will gain flexibility and balance, both important components of any fitness regime. If you want to correct your posture and power up your core this class is for you. This one hour yoga class for adults is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
Class Time: Sunday, 4:00 - 5:15 pm
